So if we established a routine through the week, the weekends could STILL feel special just in a different way!
That means on the weekends it was easy food in the living room (on a blanket), hours at the open spaces at the park, workouts while we kicked soccer balls without toddler.
It was being intentional to create healthy rhythms so that out children knew what to expect day to day during that week, so we could be fun and spontaneous during the weekend with less stress.
