First things first, I do use whitening strips once a month as a well as an LED whitening tray once a month in conjunction with using the Smile Brilliant cariPRO Ultrasonic Toothbrush! I use a teeth whitener / tray before events while getting ready and putting makeup up on and floss before events. I just feel like I get such a clean brush already with the “clean” setting that I use every night. For best results combine with Smile Brilliant Whitening Kit as well as keeping up with daily hygiene.

Use a calming face wash, don’t use a face wash that has heavy fragrance because that will wake you up instead of get you ready for sleep and relaxation that is why I use the CBD Balancing wash with a lavender scent from Lab To Beauty. Use an eye cream, sometimes I use an eye mask as well if I had an extra long day or to keep me awake for a bit for my work before bed. The Longue Vie Eye cream literally locks in so much vitamins and moisture and the Longue Vie Eye Mask * if you shower at night after an afternoon workout put your mask on while you’re brushing your teeth and warming up your shower that way the steam helps to really penetrate your skin and soak in all the good skin juice.
