A new restaurant officially opened today in Westchester! 🎉 Located in downtown Port Chester is @1881kitchen — serving dishes with a globally-influenced flair and swanky vibes. The space features a wood-fired oven, a unique hand carved salt brick meat aging room, a sleek bar and elegant wine room enclosed with forged steel barn doors. The restaurant’s name was inspired by the history of the building which was constructed in 1881. It’s steps away from @capitoltheatre — a great music venue! ⭐️ The 94+ seat space will be the canvas for Chef Azulay’s vibrant global fare. Born and raised in France, Chef Azulay will draw on years of experience across standout restaurants in Israel and his vast travels to create dishes that showcase a mix of cultures. @julz_cocktails will lead an inventive beverage and bar program for 1881. He has extensive experience in the space having worked with restaurants like Moli, Hinoki, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns.

This fun new Mexican restaurant in Ridgefield Connecticut features great cocktails and tasty dishes in a beautiful space! Can’t wait to return on a night with live music (every Friday and Saturday) and to try new dishes.
