No matter what the circumstances, how to say no without having to hurt the other person’s feelings can feel impossible. Think a little bit and you will realize that the person you are about to hurt so rudely, made you a compliment by waiting for your company or your help. Any situations that become a threat or the person is too pushy and makes you feel uncomfortable, is a situation that requires a drastic approach. If you are in this situation, practice and learn because it is better to refuse than to regret later and be in an even worse situation.
So new parents notoriously get very little sleep, if any at all. Fortunately, there are some strategies and tips to help new parents get some sleep when the new baby comes. Of course, with a baby, you will never get an overabundance of sleep, but these tips will help you at least get enough sleep to keep your sanity. Many times it is tempting to allow the baby to sleep with the parents, but this is not healthy for the child or the parents.

This doesn’t mean blogs can’t jump from subject to subject. Realize that blogging requires time and effort, don’t create unrealistic expectations and be unable to deliver. An occasional lapse or holiday is generally understood but readers returning to find stale, outdated content are going to find another blog with similar content. While your voice may be unique, your niche likely isn’t and if your content is emitted smartly to the Internet those relevant readers will respond through readership and interaction.
