the perfect fall no-bake treat: CINNAMON ALMOND BUTTER BARS (grain free, refined sugar free & vegan) What you’ll need: ½ cup natural, runny almond butter ½ cup honey (use maple syrup for vegan version) ½ tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp salt 3 cups of O cereal of choice (i used @eatlovebird unsweetened) To Make: combine all ingredients, mix well, spread into parchment lined square baking pan, refrigerate at least 1 hour until you can cut. despite all the fall/pumpkin recipes and cravings, it is still very much summer with this insane heat in south carolina, which means i am still not done with yogurt bark… ingredients: @cocojune_organic coconut yogurt @spreadthelove almond butter blueberries & sliced almonds @eatlovebird cinnamon cereal to make: • Line a plate or baking sheet with wax or parchment paper • Spread the yogurt evenly on the prepared plate/sheet • Drizzle your nut butter and then swirl into yogurt so every bite will have some Almond Butter! • Place in the freezer until the yogurt is solidified (about 3 hours) • Peel bark off parchment and break into pieces (the best part) • Enjoy! in case you missed it: EVERYTHING BAGEL CRUSTED AIR-FRYER SALMON | the best and easiest salmon you’ll ever have | you’ll never want salmon any other way y’all know i don’t post savory recipes unless they are out of this world good, and this 10 minute salmon recipe is just that. plus it’s the easiest way to cook salmon, anyone can do it using just two ingredients you already most likely have what you’ll need ≫ good quality salmon (this is KEY) I used @bluehousesalmon ≫ everything but the bagel seasoning (most stores carry this by now, or you can even make your own) to do’s ≫ start by patting your fresh salmon dry ≫ fully cover salmon with everything bagel seasoning ensuring even the sides are coated ≫ gently press seasoning into salmon to ensure it has stuck ≫ place salmon in your air fryer and cook at 400 for 8-10 minutes (depending how well done you like it) ≫ remove from air fryer, serve with your favorite sides, and enjoy!
