I am a recovering entrepreneur doing new things from all over the world and helping others do new things, too. In my past life as a CEO, I raised $1.7 million from some of the world's best investors and sold my company in 2015. Now, I am going to publish some children's books, try to accel as a painter, and travel the world.

In 2017, in honor of my little guy, I sat down and wrote my first children’s book, Jonah Vark and The Golden Rule. When Illustrations Just Aren’t Enough Once I was happy with my Jonah Vark character, I started to draw him doing the things that the story described, but it just wasn’t interesting enough for me. Clearly, the characters in my children’s books won’t be smoking cigars or drinking tequila, but it’s so much fun practicing drawing the world around me in the style of Jonah Vark. When I wrote the second book, Jonah Vark and the Missing Manners, it was after Jonah’s diagnosis.
Most of the time, Davo was my dance partner, which was interesting because he’s taller than me. So, I had shown an ability to dance some, but the real test was supposed to be asking a girl to dance in Havana. Trying to Find True Casino Dancing in Havana Over the course of my time in Cuba, I tried on numerous occasions to find people Casino dancing. After my one month program, Davo decided to put together a one-month learning program for anybody who wants to come to Guadalajara and learn how to dance Casino in 30 days.
It’s freaking incredible and I have only found it in Mexico. What I will say is that people the world over know that champagne comes from Champagne, France, and bourbon comes from Kentucky, but I am not sure how many know that tequila comes from a Mexican town of the same name. I’m not much for buying souvenirs but for $5 USD, I walked out of there with a Cava de Oro shirt and a big smile on my face. Luckily, we found the pickup spot, got on our bus, and then I don’t know about Kiran, but I nodded off for a decent chunk of the dark ride home.
Go to the bus station in Central Zapopan and pick up a round trip ticket for about $10. Our bus ticket from Guadalajara to Tequila was $10 and our tour was $10-20. My souvenir t-shirt cost $5 and we probably spent $10-15 at the Cholula restaurant. Overall, you can easily keep a trip to Tequila under $40 and have a great day, but I’d plan on spending more like $50-60 if you want to try more tequila, tour more than one distillery, or eat enough food to make use of a very oversized bottle of Cholula.
