The thought behind sharing on Social Media was accountability and a place to document all of the yummy meals I was coming up with so I could refer back to them later. I didnโt care about Social Media numbers, and I had great success health wise when I was strictly keto. โ A year or so into this account, it started to turn into more. I started having brands reach out, my following grew, and I started caring about those numbers. My primary reasons for sharing changed. Though Iโm thankful for the opportunities that came my way and the opportunity to teach myself social media marketing and creator techniquesโ my health goals were never the same or my primary focus. โ By the end of 2022 the engagement on my account declined, life and work got extremely busy, and I started to feel less inclined to continue to share and put time into this account. Slowly add flour and then Baking soda and powder, salt, and cinnamon.
