I personally am enjoying the New take on Spider-Man Peter Parker and Miles Morales in Into the Spider-Verse, they really focused on keeping his character as a Teenager. Tom Hollands is killing it, even though he may not be a  teenager, he definitely manages to resemble a 16-year old high school student. Considering what happened in the Avengers Endgame the movie definitely does a tasteful jab at it, as an Adolescent still trying to figure out life after the Blip (they were all brought back to life and the whole episode is now recalled as “the Blip”). Far From Home does a great job exposing the movie’s major problem with the Adolescent finding himself as a hero, and how involved Tony Stark is even after death.

I definitely recommend taking the family to watch this film in 3D. Alita herself is a force to be reckoned with, Her strong female role was refreshing considering she didn’t have to play a damsel in distress. Once you have a plan, you’ll be thrust onto the bustling streets of Iron City, where you’ll interact with the City’s gritty residents and explore familiar landmarks, from the infamous cyborg scrapyards to the high-energy Motorball Stadium. When Alita (Rosa Salazar) awakens with no memory of who she is in a future world she does not recognize, she is taken in by Ido (Christoph Waltz), a compassionate doctor who realizes that somewhere in this abandoned cyborg shell is the heart and soul of a young woman with an extraordinary past. As Alita learns to navigate her new life and the treacherous streets of Iron City, Ido tries to shield her from her mysterious history while her street-smart new friend Hugo

We had the opportunity to Celebrate 2019 with five Disney heroines who sparked the courage inside us all at Disney On Ice presents See how far Moana goes to save her island; Anna races to save Elsa and stop winter; Rapunzel goes to great lengths to realize her dream; fearless Belle uncovers Beast’s gentleness, and Cinderella makes her heart’s wish come true. Our family had the opportunity to attend the new 2019 show in Las Vegas. I definitely recommend bringing the family to watch the magical show, especially If your kids are big time Disney Fans, and they haven’t experienced Disney On Ice yet.

Now keep in mind before watching this movie you definitely need to know this is the sixth installment of the live-action Transformer films and prequel to 2007’s Transformer. It definitely had its funny (adult & child), sad (no tissue needed) scenes, and action (fighting) pack moments. I am glad they choose the mid 80’s as Bumblebee’s origin story, considering that was when I remember watching Transformer as a child! Charlie (Hailee Steinfeld), on the cusp of turning 18 and trying to find her place in the world, discovers Bumblebee, battle-scarred and broken.
