#ad Iām excited to team up with @meijerstores to share the perfect summer recipe for Turkey Caprese Burgers! All the flavors you love about caprese in a juicy turkey burger. I picked up everything I needed for this recipe from Meijer. They have a great selection of grocery products, from fresh produce and pantry staples to specialty items and household essentials. And even better they offer it all at affordable prices. I got everything I needed to make this meal for four including sides for around $25! Ingredients 1 lb ground turkey 1/2 cup jarred pesto 1 cup shredded mozzarella 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs 1 tbsp Italian seasoning buns fresh mozzarella tomato fresh basil mayo Directions Combine turkey, pesto, mozzarella, breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning with your hands. Form into four patties. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Add patties and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook 4-5 minutes. Add fresh mozzarella while cooking to melt. Make pesto mayo by combining equal parts mayo and pesto. Build burger by layering with pesto mayo, tomato and fresh basil on a bun. This casseroleĀ is a bit indulgent, with veggies, bacon, cheese and ciabatta. Tortilla chips add fun flavor and texture and the veggies are cooked in salsa. I did start a new devotional by Priscilla Shirer, Discerning the Voice of God, that Iām loving. Sadly itās out of stock currently, but this one is cute and still in stock. Like Iām sure many of you, Iām devastated by the recent flooding and destruction in Eastern Kentucky. I donated to The Foundation for Appalachian Kentuckyās flood relief fund because it seems like they are an organization who has been active in the community for a while, and have āboots on the groundā/a good way to make sure the money really goes to local people in need.
