Eating nutritionally dense foods is far more important than taking supplements that will make you bloat or sick in the long run. . 2. Always read the labels, if it contains complex ingredients that you don’t understand or has tons of gums, sugars, oil additives it’s probably not great for you. For ex, most nut milks will have gums for consistency but there are many brands like @malkorganics that only has 2-3 ingredients (as it should). . 3. Recipe⬇️ . Dice chicken into cubes Sauté 3 cloves of garlic in olive oil. Add chicken, pinch or salt and pepper and cook until the chicken is golden. Then add a handful of chopped tomatoes and 1tspn of tomato paste. . While the chicken is cooking, In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 cup of peanut butter (I use organic no sugar or salt added peanut butter). With 1tsp of sesame oil, 1tsp of monkfruit sweetner, and some soy sauce and 1/2 cup of water. Wisk it all together. . Add the peanut butter sauce to the chicken and cook 5-6mins until the sauce thickens. .
