as promised in the last video, I’d be sharing more details, photos and a video of the Riads we stayed at, the good we ate and our style while in Morocco. It got proper cold at night and the Air conditioner wasn’t working. The WiFi also did not work and the staff kept pretending like they didn’t know it didn’t work upstairs. In the midst of the madness and aggressive of Marrakesh sits this beautiful property behind a set of big and beautiful doors.

Really wish I had a promo code for 2 size 14 colleagues that purchased my plaid pants on Friday. My favourite time of the year is Lent so its only normal I’d be sharing related matters this period. So lent is the 40-day period before Easter, starts with Ash Wednesday and ends with Holy Thursday (no mass is said that day), Good Friday and Holy Saturday. Some people avoid eating meat on every Friday of lent, others fast, stations of the cross prayers said and other forms of abstinence really. We take time away from distractions of the world to turn to God..to contemplate..to listen and talk to Him.. to read His words and meditate on them, to be one with Him.
At a wedding I’d attended in Enugu State back in university, the bride came out the second time to sells eggs to get ‘money she’d use at her husband’s home’. At mine and Amaka’s our second looks was to come out with the bridesmaids (asoebi girls), search for our husband, find him, kneel in front of him and give him a cup of wine given to us by my dad (hers, a male elder). I’d sent him a video for inspiration + an order of photography but he focussed on the drone effects and other stuff complaining about what he’d been paid etc. Obviously not everyone one speaks but we were able to find people who were flying from the same city to be on the same flight, some 3 people hired a mini car etc, I also pasted each person’s photos + instagram names later on just so people got familiar.
