The process for the check-in was really nice, while we have to wait for them to prepare our room, they lead us to their Premium Lounge for a cocktail and snacks before our dinner. We finally went down for the dinner and they show us the very stunning location of the dinner, I was speechless. The type of dinner was a multi-course dinner. The way the set up the dinner is very private, there won’t be a waiter who keeps checking on you and ruining your private moment with your loved one.
This post was written in collaboration with The Resort at Pelican Hill under media rate per night stay and complimentary spa, other activities, and meals were at my own expense. About a year ago when my friend from Estonia came to visit and I took her to explore LA and Orange County, I came across The Resort at Pelican Hill and has been adding it to my bucket list place to visit. The Resort at Pelican Hill is known as one of the world’s finest Five-Star, Five-Diamond destinations offering unparalleled service and luxury. There are so many food places such as Pelican Grill & Lounge, Coliseum Pool & Grill, Great Room Social Lounge, Caffe & market, Caffe II, and Piccolo, but we picked Andrea Ristorante & Bar for dinner.

Oak Glen, Yucaipa, CA Fall takes celebrity status in Oak Glen where the mile-high climate lends itself nicely to the brightly colored black walnut and oak trees found during autumn months. Snuggled in the heart of apple country, Oak Glen is worth the 1.5-hour drive from Los Angeles to get a taste of fall and not just for the leaves. Visitors can play games at student-run booths, listen to live music, taste fresh-squeezed orange juice at the Farm Store or sample delicious treats for sale. It’s an actual hayride—a long one—paired with a “scary-go-round” for wee ones (and ‘fraidy cats), a number of scare zones and a pitch black maze filled with “demons and maniacs,” and probably lots of frisky teenagers.
