It also brings oil/dirt up to the surface so expect break outs shortly following. Although this product can be great for cleaning your pores, it’s not that great to those who are a lighter complexion such as myself. It is best to use aloe vera gel immediately afterwards to soothe the irritation. However , because this product is great for minimizing pores and pimples,  I would give this a nice 8/10.

The New York Times published an article this week stating that the New York City Commission of Human Rights released new guidelines this week. …the targeting of people based on their hair or hairstyle, at work, school or in public spaces, will now be considered racial discrimination. The change in law applies to anyone in New York City but is aimed at remedying the disparate treatment of black people; the guidelines specifically mention the right o New Yorkers to maintain their “natural hair, treated or untreated hairstyles such as locs, cornrows, twists, braids, Bantu knots, fades, Afros, and/or the right to keep hair in an uncut or untrimmed state. There have been way too many stories of little brown girls being suspended and expelled from their places of education over hairstyles that are considered `unruly`. I will definitely be monitoring the news to see how this changes things within our society.

I always sleep with the fan on high, and no matter the weather, my lips get very dry at night. However, since using this product,  my lips still feel moisturized when I wake up in the morning.
