"You pour some out of that bottle, pour a little out of that bottle. Take that and shake it a few times, now stir with the ice in there." Little did my regular know that with those simple words of walking me through how to make my first drink, he would start a decades long fascination with spirits and cocktails. Along the way I have the pleasure and privilege to work with some amazing companies and brands including: Mount Gay, Campari, Ambhar, Beam Suntory, Pernod Ricard, and Diageo just to mention a few. Making the bar world more approachable and engaging with my guests to introduce them to new flavors or combinations they may not have had before has been extremely rewarding. I've been delving into the amari world for quite a while now. I am constantly looking to see how I can include amari in cocktails because the more that people love them, the better chance they have of continuing to be made, and I think that's a win-win.
I'm interested in collaborating with anyone that wants to share new and inventive ways of looking at the ordinary, and adventurous enough to try something at least once!
