Combine the contents of the bowls by pouring the bowl with your dry ingredients (almond flour, sea salt, and protein powder) into your first bowl.
It is important to decorate them in halves so that the sprinkles go on while the chocolate is still wet and can set on the protein balls as the chocolate cools and hardens.

For the pan, we use the USA Aluminized Steel Half Sheet Baking Pan.
+ In a separate large mixing bowl, add your almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt.
+ Once you have the cookie dough balls spread out on the pan, use a fork to gently press down on each cookie dough ball twice (in a cross cross pattern) until it becomes more flat.
+ Use a fork to drizzle the melted chocolate across your cookies.
