I am a Denver, Colorado based travel blogger, internationally published blind photographer and photography educator. On my website www.blindtravels.com I review destinations, vacation properties and travel related assisstive technology and products for blind and visually impaired travelers. I am an avid travel blogger, providing travel tips and educational articles to aid those in the travel and hospitality industry offer an inclusive and accessible expierience for their vision impaired guests. I have extensive expierience working with travel and product brands and consider myself an influencer for those who travel with vision impairments. I have an active and dedicated disability and travel-centric Instagram and Twitter following, and I have been interviewed many times nationally and internationally on radio and television on the subject of disabled travel. I'm happy to work with brands reviewing the accessibility of their properties or products. Along with this photography blog, I also actively write for my travel blog Blind Travels. The last time I traveled was January 2020 when my wife, guide dog Fauna and I traveled to San Francisco for the opening of my Landscapes of the Body exhibition at the Lighthouse for the Blind gallery. After writing all the backlogged articles and editing all the photos that were waiting for attention, I ended up finding interest in including articles here on the latest photography news. I am a big advocate for starting new projects and with the pandemic, I started a project which focuses (heh) on social distancing and accessibility.
