Earlier this year, I introduced my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites, and instantly they were one of the most popular recipes on my website. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, and almond butter. Melt White Chocolate Chips (use a spoonful of coconut oil to help with the melting) One by one, roll your cookie dough balls in the melted white chocolate.
Recently I was out to dinner and although I asked for my salmon βsimply grilled,β I was served a Lemon Maple Glaze salmon and with one mouthful I knew I needed to recreate it. 2 T Maple Syrup 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar 1 T Olive Oil Dash of Salt and Pepper What You Will Do: Mix your lemon juice, maple, apple cider, salt, pepper, and olive oil and pour over your salmon. F. Recently I was introduced to the Yummly thermometer for cooking, and ever since I bought it I refuse to cook without it.
Well weβre taking those same cookies, and crisping them up a bit for a less gooey but equally delicious chocolate chip cookie experience! In a large bowl, combine your dry ingredients, and in a smaller bowl, combine your wet ingredients. Once your cookies are totally cool, and your filling is totally hard, add filling to one cookie, and sandwich it with another. I like to keep these in my freezer because it feels like an ice cream sandwich, but you can totally store at room temp for the first few days.

SUSHI LUNCHING π£ π± πΉ **************** Fun Thoughts! π£ When I went #glutenfree in college and had no idea what I could eat, the Cornell lunch cafe (Hi Trillium) had vegetable sushi rolls and California rolls that I was obsessed with. Sushi was my go-to lunch and go-to dinner for yearssss. Thatβs why you donβt see me post sushi all that much. I think I ate so much GF sushi in my first few years of being gluten free that I got sick of it. Iβm v. Into it right now tho... 11 years later π€·π»ββοΈ πΉ Skinny margarita, no salt. Iβve slept three hours in three days. Iβm exhausted. Iβm anxious. Iβm TIRED. My stomach is burning from inflammation. Itβs the anxiety. but on the surface, youβd never know it. I do that. I pretend everything is fine. I do it because I think that if i tell myself Iβm fine, Iβll be fine. But Iβm not. Iβm exhausted, anxious, and tired. **************** Instagram is a highlight reel, and Iβm guilty of showing lots of highs but not all the lows. But with 200,000 followers (which hi wow i love you), I have a responsibility to show the amazing and the fun, but also the shtty and vulnerable. THINGS I ALWAYS PACK WHEN I TRAVEL: π₯ I'm going to start with what you all probably care most about. SNACKS. Anytime I go anywhere, I love exploring and finding the area's best #glutenfree snacks, but I also come prepared with my own. @sweetpoawesome sweet potato chips, @artisanaorganics almond butter packets, @ashasuperfoods , @chomps, @gomacro and @skoutorganic bars are FOR SURE my staples bc they fit in small bags/great for a plane, but if I am going somewhere that's a driving destination I'll throw in @lesserevilsnacks paleo puffs/power curls, @hukitchen π«, @mush and some other fun things. π PROBIOTIC. @seed . taking a probiotic while traveling (in my opinion) is THE MOST important bc it keeps you regular and gut strong in a new environment. (i have a whole highlight re: my obsession with seed so see there for all questions/discount code). π SUPPLEMENTS- speaking of. I have the best supplement case ever. I will link it on my stories and it is also in my amazon store. So you can layout all your supplements ahead of time instead of bringing a bunch of little bottles. π Skincare- @cocokind pretty much has a product for EVERY OCCASION EVER. daily spf, rosewater facial toner, mymatcha moisture stick, and turmeric tonic stick are in every travel bag i own. π₯Blender bottle- @vejo nice to have a smoothie or greens drink in-between all the dining out. It's SO small and lightweight. pop in a pod, screw on the lid. 30 seconds later you have a smoothie. Again, on my highlights. π€ @beam dream capsules. two before bed every night. cbd + melatonin... it's literally a dream. π BYOToothpaste. I use @twice . they have a travel kit and AM/PM bottles. Legit worst feeling when i forget a toothbrush/toothpaste π Way too many pairs of shoes. You know that $45 salad I order from Beverly Hills Hotel far too often... well my babe @broccyourbody and I decided to recreate it AND HERE IT IS π₯ π₯The salad is AMAZING, hence why I order it all the time, but it is also SO easy (and way more affordable) to make on your own!!! Like... you can make 5 of your own McCarthy Salad's at home for $45. Maybe even 10. I still highly recommend checking out Polo Lounge or Cabana Cafe for a fun vibe, celeb spotting's, and cute pics, BUTT you'll save a little (or a lot) when you rock this one.
