I know I haven’t been posting much; it’s been harder since I left the city, less gf options at restaurants, plus the pandemic got me to make more food at home. But I did get treated out to brunch this weekend for my birthday, and had to share this amazing hash ! Swipe for that yolk porn 🤤🍳

Moving to Long Island was an amazing decision, but I can’t lie, I was worried I’d have trouble finding gluten free bakeries as easily as in NYC . Thank god for GF friends like @gfdf_me - Deb brought me to @sweetsoulbakeryny - it’s 100% gluten free with dairy free options and it’s 15 mins from my new apartment!!! I’m gonna be there all the time 😂🥰 This is their August shake of the month - check out those mini GF donuts! And the whipped cream is coconut milk!! So delicious 💕

I was so happy to find out there were some gluten free options available at the Renaissance Faire this year! I got some chocolate covered strawberries, they also had some GF cakes, and of course, the giant turkey legs 🦃🍗🍓🍫

I spent the weekend in Bethlehem, PA and went strawberry picking for the first time 🥰🍓 They gave out fresh strawberry milkshakes!

Portions outside of Manhattan are a lot bigger 👀 I’ll be moving to Long Island at the end of July, but I’m sure I’ll still visit all my favorite GF spots in Manhattan regularly 😊

I can’t even remember the last time I stepped foot in @poshpopbakeshop - I used to go there regularly, and now this was the first time going back in over a year 😭 But despite the passage of time, their food is still amazing and just as hard to believe it’s gluten free! 📸: blueberry cheese cake bar 🤤🍰

So grateful for beautiful weather which brings picnics and serotonin- and gluten free bagels 😊 @bagelchalet in Merrick has @udisglutenfree bagels available, kept in a separate case and individually wrapped, which they'll use to make a safe sandwich!

First time eating inside at a dedicated gluten free restaurant in a year - I had to order almost every appetizer! @thyme_and_tonic has so many amazing choices 🥰

Fun fact - growing up, my father was a vegetarian for health reasons, and I always loved eating his veggie burgers. To this day, I enjoy them just as much as full meat burgers. @eatbychloe makes a mean veggie burger , and their gluten free buns are so good!

@beldolcefood just released a new product - gluten-free pasta, made with just one ingredient: 100% organic Italian-grain corn! I was lucky to be #gifted their penne and fusilli, and I knew I had to get on that #fetapasta trend with it! Guys- it did not disappoint! So simple to make and it tasted so good, especially with this pasta! The penne is so flavorful, and in just ten minutes it cooks to the perfect al denté consistency 🤤
