This summer, during our road trip around Norway, we took the opportunity to make a quick stop to see the fantastic street art in Sandefjord. The first one is by Danish artist Victor Ash, who created an awesome mural about the challenges that we are facing with climate change. , the mural depicts five people of different ethnicities and features Kobra’s signature style of bright colors and geometric shapes. I’m glad we took the time to stop in Sandefjord to see this little street art collection.
The main difference between the two properties is that the Aspaki Exclusive Hotel offers better panoramic views of the caldera and the iconic blue-domed churches, while at Oia Castle Luxury Suites you’ll enjoy one of the best locations to watch the sunset on the island. For example, the Signature Suite has both an outdoor Jacuzzi and a plunge infinity pool that overlook the sea; while the Cave Pool Suite has a heated cave pool with caldera views. For those wanting to enjoy an extra special stay, the Kirini Suite with its indoor Jacuzzi and private outdoor pool as well as the Master Suite, with its private plunge pool, offer the best choices. If you are looking for a place to stay in Santorini with a private pool, then you can choose from the Pool Suite, the Infinite Pool Suite or the Honeymoon Suite with Indoor Pool.
Behind that very modern cutting-edge facade, the museum houses an excellent display focused on the past, present, and future of this unique area in the Netherlands. Another option is to follow the routes on the area around the national park, which will take you past polders, meadows, and fields. This site is part of the De Groene Koepel network of nature campsites, so you need a membership to camp there (€15,95 per year) apart from the camping fees. Alternatively, you can choose to stay in their Ecolodge, a floating hotel room located about 2 km from the hostel, in the middle of Biesbosch National Park.
