Back Lever progression today same as yesterday but added a few reps to lever lifts and skin the cat returns. Handstand progression I have been skittle slow with given my TBI throws me off balance so this definitely going to take some practice and again always be consistent. Recap and reviewing my week and the goals I worked towards. Focus has been on my strength and getting lean. I hit new 1RM on bench to help measure my strength was able to pushed 180x25 / 230x 15 not a lot of weight to some. For someone trying to stay super lean, strong, Mobility and flexibility. Here’s some more rings decided to try L-Sit above to create a little more challenge lol. Look for some dips to LSit combos. I will be working on transition exercises to continue grip and overall development.

Decided to capture the moment today after my lower workout. Again this program I use rep range 3-5 with 2-4 rep tempos per set to really push the legs during the circuits.
