Alex is a wife, business woman, entreprenuer and modern mom to 3 boys in Buffalo, NY. Alex graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelors in Management. Following graduation, Alex played professional soccer for 7 years and has coached hundreds of youth players in WNY. In addition to starting her blog & running her family business, Alex enjoys spending time with family, working out, traveling, and fashion in her spare time!
