Temporary fussiness is normal at first, so expect it!​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ 4. Playing outdoor helps tire out your little and promotes better sleep.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ 5. Wishing I woke up feeling like this every morning!​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Mamas - we all know mornings can be stressful for us!​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ We hardly have to time think before... well motherhood kicks in.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Here's a few tips to better your morning routine:​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Start your morning routine the night before. Plan your meals & activities a day n advance. If you are not a morning person (like me), try waking 15 minutes earlier every day. Waking up early will before everyone else in the house will help to set aside time for morning meditation, or an exercise routine.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ If you are a night person, try to go to bed earlier than the previous day (most important).​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Put your phone away early! I know it's only natural to pull out your phone right as you lay in bed... let's face it that's our only alone time. But, make sure you're putting it away at least 30 minutes before you go to fall asleep. Let's talk about organic cotton and your baby👇🏼​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ The biggest difference between organic and conventional cotton is the way it's produced and the amount of toxic chemicals used during the process.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Baby clothing and bedding made from conventional cotton uses an extreme amount of toxic pesticides and chemicals during the growing process. After the growing process, the cotton is heavily bleached ad colored using toxic dyes throughout the weaving process.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ 🌃 That being said, here's why we use organic cotton:​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ 1. It's free from toxic, harmful chemicals. Our babies have HIGHLY sensitive and absorbent skin.
