I am a Masters in Dietetics and a Personal Trainer at the largest fitness facility in Seattle for the last year and a half. A self professed fitness addict, I love helping people incorporate fitness and clean eating into their everyday life. I strongly believe that food and fitness need to have an emotional connection for a healthy lifestyle to become a habit and I like work with people to find that emotional connection.
Outside of work, I am a full time mom to two young kids and passionate about making sure being a mom does not take me away from self care and focus on myself. A happy mom makes for happy kids and that drives me to invest in things that matter to me - fitness, dressing up and investing in myself everyday.
