I am a bartender from New York City, but I have lived in many places over the years.
I attended the CIA for a BPS in Culinary Arts and Food Business, prior to cooking I had been working on a Fine Arts Degree in Montreal.
I currently am working as a bartender at The Modern in New York City, where I have been for four years. Leading up to The Modern, I lived and Worked in Melbourne, Australia. I helped open The Fat Duck and then Dinner by Heston Blumenthal.
I am a passionate bartender, forager, diner and selfishly love making others smile.
