I am a law enforcement professional and published mystery novel author. In addition, I am an avid member of the CrossFit community.
Back in 2002, I started a blog called RescueHumor. Currently, the FB page for that blog has over 170,000 followers. The work on that blog got me a book deal. Initially, I published a nonfiction book of funny police stories. I now am publishing a series of mystery novels.
In the last few years, I have become active in fitness. I am active at my local CrossFit community being a judge for competitions and even competing in a few team competitions. I do some coaching and am looking forward to getting additional coaching certifications.
