Today I decided to try making Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chickpeas in my air fryer. I have been making crispy roasted chickpeas in the oven (original recipe post) for several years but decided to switch things up and make them in the air fryer for the first time and they turned out great! These crispy garlic parmesan chickpeas are a great snack and have protein. If you are using a better quality parmesan you will want to use a really dry crumble variety to grate so it doesn’t get gummy when you air fry them.
