We got a new picture! It was a long day yesterday. Up at 5:30 in the morning and waited in line all day until we found out we had seats in the audience for the taping of Fuller House! In between scenes we were able to get a picture with Andrea and Jodie on the actual set! As a huge Full House fan it was absolutely surreal and not many people in the audience had that chance. Full story coming later! It was the Thanksgiving episode so naturally Kimmy is dressed as a pilgrim! 😂

I was a HUGE Full House fan back in the day. Anyone else?! I think I had every episode recorded on VHS tapes. Back in the 90’s my parents gave my sister and I the surprise of a lifetime. They took us on a cruise with some of our favorite stars including some from Full House. This gem of a picture is somewhat embarrassing(those glasses 😱) but I don’t even care because we had such an awesome week! @jodiesweetin and @andreabarber we need a new picture!!! 📸 Friday my sis and I are going to stand in line all day hoping we get into the taping of Fuller House! We decided Wednesday night that we were going to head to California on Friday. It would have been easier to stay at home. It’s no small task to pack for a family of six and get ready for a road trip. I made sure to get as much laundry done as possible before our trip, gave the house a light cleaning,(I really can’t stand coming home from a vacation to a messy house) & tried to pack as light as possible. Off we went and we had an amazing trip. We decided to take a last minute trip to visit some friends in California for the weekend and they took us to an awesome beach. We had so much fun boogie boarding, playing in the sand, & watching the beautiful sunset. 🏖

It’s hard to believe another school year has started! My kids have been in school for a couple weeks now so we are finally feeling like we are settling back into a good routine. It’s so hard to believe that the beginning of a new school year is just around the corner! We have been running around from store to store to get new clothes, shoes, backpacks, and more. We are road tripping back west. 17 hours down and 9 left to go! We’ve passed the Cadillac Ranch many times before but just have never taken the time to stop. Today we needed a break from driving so we decided to stop and have a little fun spray painting the cars!

At an elevation of 14,115 feet the drive to the top of Pikes Peak is not for the faint of heart. I felt pretty anxious during the drive but the views along the way made it worth it. Unfortunately we didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the summit as I got hit with altitude sickness but still a fun adventure! 🏔
