This is an opportunity to ground in with myself and get clear on what really matters. This is the view from my apartment 🌴🌳 Not bad, considering that I live in Southern California: I still get to experience the change of colors in the fall (it’s not only palm trees, after all). . I love nature and I try to spend time in it as much as possible 🌿🌊☀️ I feel happier, more productive, and time seems to stop. . Lots of research confirms that nature is good for our psychological well-being because it's in our DNA. . Do you get the same positive and joyful effects when you’re surrounded by nature?
