Sarah the Seeker

Hi, I'm Sarah, and I'm your new hype girl. My #1 goal in life is to better people's lives, which is why I became a nurse. A few years ago I fell in love with photographing people and started a professional wedding photography business. Then a few years after that, (this year) I dove in and created a lifestyle blog aimed at supporting women and mental health through the highs and lows of this crazy life. I'm kinda awkward, hilarious (not to toot my own horn but…), and one of the most empathetic woman you will ever meet.

I'm passionate about women's physical and mental health (heyyy hormones), being our honest, most authentic selves, human kindness, and traveling the world solo. You'll also find me posing with every dog I meet, cause who can't resist a cute puppy?

I speak up about the things that matter, and probably best describe myself as a mini Brene Brown mixed with a little Glennon Doyle.
