I am a distance runner and a Division 1 collegiate athlete. I compete on the Track and Field/Cross Country teams at Rider University. I am also a gluten-free and dairy-free eater! Healthy eating has also been important to me, as is staying fueled for long runs, extensive training blocks, and races. I also love to cook, so food and sports have both impacted me greatly over the years!
