Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins 🤍🤍 For all you peanut butter lovers! They’re soft and fluffy and studded with chocolate chips. I’ve been slathering extra peanut butter on top for good measure 🤭 1 cup (129g) @birchbenders gluten free pancake mix 1 scoop (32g) peanut butter cookie @pescience protein powder (code SCRIPTS) 1/3 cup (48g) @pbfit peanut powder 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup (120g) unsweetened applesauce 2/3 cup (180ml) unsweetened almond milk 1 egg 2 tsp (10g) coconut oil, melted 1/4 cup (28g) @lilys_sweets chocolate chips 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix together wet ingredients. Slowly incorporate dry into wet ingredients. 3. Pour into muffin liners sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with chocolate chips. 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out mostly clean. Makes 10 muffins. Nutrition per muffin: 10.2C 4.9F 8.8P (110 cal)
Collagen Pancake in a Bowl The easiest breakfast when you’re short on time and have nothing prepped! Just mix and microwave 👌🏼 1 serving of your favorite pancake mix (I used @birchbenders) 1/2 scoop Vanilla Frosting Collagen Peptides from @americandreamnutbutter (code amy10) 2 tbsp greek yogurt Milk of choice (or water) 1. Add all ingredients to bowl. Add enough milk or water until you reach cake batter consistency, then mix well. 2. Microwave for 1 min at 70% power. 3. I topped mine with Greek yogurt and extra berries 🍓 Oats: 1/3 cup @bobsredmill oat flour 1/2 scoop vanilla @pescience protein powder (code SCRIPTS) 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce 1 tsp sugar 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk 1 large strawberry, diced 1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. 2. Pour into ramekin sprayed with nonstick spray. 3. Bake for 18-22 min or until toothpick comes out mostly clean. 4. Top with greek yogurt and extra strawberries! Mud Pie Mocha Protein Mini Cookies These taste like real cookies but have 5g of protein each! These bite sized cookies are the best afternoon snackie 😋 1/2 cup Mud Pie Mocha Breanne’s Peanut Butter (@americandreamnutbutter code amy10) 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 egg (can sub 1/4 cup liquid egg whites) 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 scoop @pescience vanilla protein powder (code SCRIPTS) 2 tbsp coconut flour 2 tbsp chocolate chips 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Add half of chips to batter. 3. Form into mini cookies and place on baking sheet. Press remaining chocolate chips into tops of cookies. 4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are set.
