quick little weekend trip to chicago! went to my first work conference for new providers specializing in GI nutrition and it was AMAZING. learned so much like wow. went by myself to see the bean & a solo lunch and it was the most refreshing experience…highly recommend a solo date out with a good book🥺 happy sunday!!!
