After trying to go vegan and often times becoming deficient in many vitamins, I finally feel like I am able to thrive on a plant-based diet with proper vitamin and mineral supplements.
However, these foods below help me to add that extra boost of nutrition and ensure that I am getting enough vitamins and minerals in my diet.
It has 20g of plant protein, 9 superfoods, and is a multivitamin with half of the daily recommended value of selenium, vitamin C, D, E, A, Thiamin, and 35% of iron.
