Now that it’s spring, I’ve been craving tropical type drinks which leads to my creation of this Papaya Tropical Smoothie!
(you can use any type of non-dairy milk you prefer like almond, coconut, or soy)
A lot of times I like to add in Collagen Peptides because it helps to keep my skin glowing and provides elasticity to the skin… which I need now that I’m getting older lol!
