We are Thedashiway, Shirien & David, a multicultural couple, born in Germany & France, having roots in Iran and Togo, met in Lisbon, and currently living in Paris. Thedashiway is a blog that we created to share several recipe ideas for people suffering from food intolerances and allergies.
As Shirien had to find many kinds of recipes throughout her life (gluten-free, dairy-free, low in sugar, low in histamine, vegan), we developed cooking creativity and cooking skills.
