Not perfect but simple 🌱 cucumber subs with jalapeño hummus, spinach, lettuce , and sweet peppers. Great snack pulse keto vegan friendly💪🏾. ❇️Slice your cucumber in half. ❇️Gut out the insides by scooping out all the seeds. ❇️Sprinkle salt , and turn the cucumber face down to help it drain and dry up some. ❇️Place your hummus inside , then proceed with the remainder of the toppings of your choice.

Not perfect but simple 🌱 Banana split breakfast parfait with dairy free coconut yogurt, almond slices , pecans , blueberries, 100% dark chocolate chips, and chia seeds. What would you add to yours ?

Not perfect but simple roasted butternut squash 🌱 .This was my first time making it , cutting the squash was a bit rough other than that it was simple. Cut and peeled the squashed into small cubes, tossed in olive oil, thyme, basil, black pepper and salt. Set in the oven 20-30min, and you got a delicious bowl of butternut squash🌱

Not perfect but simple🌱 Last night I finally had the opportunity to try some fried oyster mushrooms. I’ve been seeing people describe the texture and taste to that of chicken. They were right ! Closest thing I’ve had to it lol.. I used chickpea flour , and olive oil to fry these bad boys.

Not perfect but simple 🌱 Veggie roll with avocado, carrot, cucumber, and some with green onion. Spicy mayo (vegan mayo+sriracha) , eel sauce , and a non dairy wasabi.

Not perfect but simple 🌱 loaded carrot dog. Enjoy the holiday with one of these. Inspired by @iamtabithabrown video to create one of these. It’s simple, Peel your carrots of choice , and cut them bun length. Bring to a boil 3-4 cups of water , with a mix of 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke , 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce , 2 Tbs of maple syrup ,1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1/2 garlic powder, 1/2 onion powder. Let it boil 12-15min or until carrot is tender Some recipes called for soy sauce but I didn’t use any, you can do as you please. Add toppings to your liking. I used Amy’s organic chili @amyskitchen as a topping , along with onions and some relish.

Not perfect but simple vegan nachos🌱 My favorite thing to eat when I finally get a chance to kick back and relax. Some leftover @gardein beefless ground sprinkled over some guacamole , pico , jalapeño peppers and vegan cheese. #vegannachos How do you make your nachos ? Let me know.
