Is my kid the only one who tells me how bored he is all the time? I wish we lived on a street where I could just send him outside to play with the neighbors all the time but that’s not our reality. I always have to find things for him to do. I’m not complaining but it is a challenge for sure! Can anyone relate?

Happy 10 Year Anniversary, Antoine ❤️ Marriage is hard… & there is no instruction manual. The last year has been an adjustment for our family. #ThrowbackThursday Desmond knew over 50 sight words & was reading beginner level stories before the age of 3. He is now 7.5 years old & I like to think setting him up with this foundation early on is why he loves reading as much as he does now! We were adamant about making learning fun from Day 1! I saw this video in my highlights & wanted to share!

Motherhood be like that some days 😫 So much pressure from every angle and then your kid asks “Mommy, can I have a snack?” one too many times and you completely lose it! Give yourself grace but most importantly APOLOGIZE TO YOUR KIDS! Can anyone relate?? Let me know!

We give way more to our jobs than is required and when the time comes, we are rarely compensated or even appreciated for it. Also, doing your best and burning yourself out for a job doesn’t stop them from firing you or laying you off‼️ Don’t give your job all of your energy & talent and leave the rest of your life with scraps 🤷🏾‍♀️
