Hey everyone. I started making awesome lunches for my wife a few years ago when we both started working from home. She posted a few pics of what I made for her and our friends went bonkers. I started TonyMakesLunch to show people that you don't need to be a professionally trained chef to prepare meals that are incredibly delicious and surprisingly simple. A couple of years ago I transitioned from a written blog to doing live weekly shows on Facebook. It's a glimpse into our lives as parents of four active kids juggling multiple careers and creative endeavors (like this one). We don't take ourselves too seriously. We always have a good laugh.

Looking to connect with other non-professional (or professional) food aficionados like myself. I'd love to grow my following and refine my niche (if I indeed need one). Plus any tips on boosting the production value of this home-grown experience would be appreciated.

On the brand side, as a PR professional by trade, I've worked the other side of the influencer equation many times. We are a largely gluten-free/dairy-free household. Any great new products we can try/incorporate into our weekly shows are always welcomed. I cook mostly fresh and seasonal - veggie centric but by no means vegan or even vegetarian. I do love my InstantPot and other kitchen gadgets…but in the spirit of Alton Brown - no uni-taskers
