It's true that it's touristic but it is still a traditional market and it's always fun to see traders selling their merchandise. They may not be fluent in any foreign language, but they do scratch well in all of them, as they are masters of the word. Unlike the well-preserved temples that Ramses II built at Karnak and Abu Simbel, the Ramesseum has not survived the times very well but it has been extensively restored. 🇬🇧 Secret spots in Mexico Mexico was one of the highlights of the year. I spent 2 weeks exploring Yucatan. Between beaches 🏝, tacos 🌮, snorkeling 🐠, Mayan temples and cenotes 💦, there was still time to see places that only locals know. Watching the pink water of the salines flowing into the sea was one of the most incredible things I have ever seen. 🇬🇧 2019 is almost over and it's time to go through my travels of this year and highlight some of the best moments! I'm going to start with my trip to Dubai/Abu Dhabi. It was 3 intense days and I have to confess that I didn't fall in love with Dubai. The city was chaotic, too crowded and I couldn’t enjoy these days in the way I wanted but, on the other hand, I really loved the day I spent in Abu Dhabi and visited the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque🕌 (such an impressive mosque 😍). 🇬🇧 Iceland is out of this world But not everything was perfect. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t friendly when I visited this place. It was so windy 💨 that I just got out of the van for a few minutes.
