I make ASMR videos from my bed (with lots of skincare and makeup content) and I’m laid back, honest, friendly and silly, which I hope is a combo that makes you feel cozy, sleepy and at home, maybe like you’re sleeping over at a good friend’s house.

I started this channel because I personally struggle with chronic pain, chronic illness, anxiety, depression and loneliness. ASMR helps me with all of these and it’s an understatement to say it has literally changed my life. So I wanted to help others the way that so many ASMRtists have helped me.
