Covid-19 protocols at the best Poconos family resort Woodloch Pines Resort has implemented Covid-19 protocols to keep guests safe during the pandemic. Resort amenities that are available every day include viper go-carts, junior go-carts, bumper cars, kiddie cars, archery range, climbing wall (open seasonally), synthetic ice-skating rink, indoor forest playground, arts and crafts room, kids club, indoor pool and water park, mini golf, and multiple playgrounds. Examples of Woodloch activities offered during our stay included a cupcake decorating contest, trapshoot contest, trivia contest, bowling contest, curling contest, family feud, bingo, painting, bean bag toss contest, scavenger hunt, bocce board contest, 21 buckets contest, slam ball contest, petting zoo, pony rides, and so many more! Woodloch offers guests the option to have an all-inclusive stay with 3 meals per day, 2 meals per day, or to opt out of the meal plan.

So we paid just 175,000 Hyatt points for 7 nights in a Lagoon View Suite thanks to our Hyatt Globalist Suite Upgrade. Prior to our stay, we registered for a Hyatt promotion where we got 15% of our points back for bookings made with points and an additional 10% back if we used our Hyatt credit card. We earned 43,750 Hyatt points back meaning that we only ended up using only 131,250 Hyatt points for our 7 night stay! We didn’t have enough Hyatt points (which can be earned through the World of Hyatt credit card or stays at Hyatt properties) for our stay at the time of the booking.

The resort also offers free antigen Covid testing to 2 guests per room with a 3 night minimum stay. Since the lagoon side and the beach side are quite far from each other, you need to either ride bikes or get a ride on a golf cart when you have young kids. We had difficulty finding enough bikes for our family to ride to the beach every morning after breakfast, when everyone on the lagoon side seemed to head to the beach and snatch up all the bikes. So depending on how you plan to spend your time at the resort, you might prefer the lagoon side, especially if you’ll be taking advantage of the free Kids Club.

We were thrilled to take our first family ski vacation at Snowmass, one of the best Colorado family ski resorts. I have compiled a list of herbal teas that I personally use to help deal with stress and lower anxiety levels.
