Then I remember our entire lives have been turned upside down, and not just us adults but as parents we take on the confusion for our children as well! Many of us, who got lucky to be home with our children we took on another job to our list of daily jobs or hats we already wore. Last year, I conducted yet another one of my kitchen experiments and came up with what was my favorite drink of the holiday. The recipe is pretty simple and it is sure to bring you a warm, fuzzy feeling at any given time of the day. Around this time last year, I selected Winter White as one of my monthly bottles. Take a look at the twist I put on my favorite winter wine that transformed it into my "Winter Wonderland".

Sweet Potato Cognac Bread Pudding Serves 8-10 Ingredients 2 Baked Croissants, sliced into ½ inch pieces 1 cup leftover Pound Cake or plain cake Doughnuts, crumbled into large pieces Sugar 1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon 3 teaspoons Ground Ginger Additions 1 Cooked Sweet Potato, cut into chunks ½ cup Pecan pieces, toasted Royale 2 cup Egg Nog 3 teaspoons Ground Ginger 4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon ¾ cup Sugar 1 cup Cognac (also Bourbon works) 3 eggs 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract LOL Ingredients 1 Whole boiled Red Beet (small to medium), peeled 1 cup Cake Flavored Vodka ½ cup White Godiva Liqueur ¼ cup Chocolate Syrup ½ cup Raspberry Liqueur 1 ½ cup Almond Milk
