I’ve heard and read that electric toothbrushes are better for brushing your teeth rather than the standard, so I’ve been looking into buying one, but haven’t found one that I’ve liked just yet. Since I’ve been looking to take better care of my teeth, I was super interested in all the brush modes – especially the whitening mode. Yes, most of the time it’s pure luck in what you’re trying to find, but I’ve found so many good pieces in both stores and most are designer name brands. I usually start at the clearance section in their women’s and juniors section where there are usually are so many amazing pieces here and at an even lower price. If I don’t find anything I like, which most of the time never happens, I will look at the other areas that are TJ Maxx/Marshalls full price, but discounted compared to retailer price. I like to spend max $20 on clothes), but I do love their clearance section because their clothes super go on sale.

The only thing with Apple Watches though is that it’s not the prettiest. During special occasions, I normally would forego my Apple Watch and use one of the other watches that I have. You all know by now that I really love my Apple Watch, so what really stood out to me with this company was their Apple Watch bands – especially because there are not many companies who create Apple Watch straps. As for nutrition, it’s full of electrolytes, vitamins, is sugar free, gluten free, only 5 calories and attacks dehydration – basically everything you need to avoid a hangover. The other flavor is Berry, where this helps with prevention of a hangover, but also helps with recovery if you forgot to drink the prevention drinks. I haven’t tried any of these the day after a night of drinking, instead I’ve drunken it while or right before I go to bed. They are a small drink, so it’s something that can easily be chugged down and if you’re drinking this after a night of drinking, I’m sure you don’t care about taste at that point.

I just apply this list to wherever I’m going and cross out what I don’t need. This list even includes what I would need to keep me occupied to get to where I need to go! Normally this is a list of my toiletries that I need to pack since I still use these on traveling day. Going on a plane and only bringing a carry on or personal item, but you need to pack toiletries that are more than the allowed 3.4 ounces?

I didn’t want to just go through any teeth whitening process, but at the same time I didn’t want to spend so much money. It comes with molding clay to make your impressions, teeth whitening gel and desensitizing gel, along with super easy to read instructions for each accessory they provide. So for the process… simply, brush your teeth without toothpaste and rinse your mouth, place the whitening gel on the front side of where the tray will touch the front side of your teeth, dry your teeth and then place the tray in. Once the time is up, brush your teeth with toothpaste and place the desensitizing gel in your tray, they same way you placed the whitening gel.
