By using these questions and strategies to rework your current budgeting plan, you’ll be way ahead of the game if a potential layoff comes in your direction.

Sometimes, it comes down to me getting sick or having a flare up of my Rheumatoid Arthritis before I recognize that it’s time to take a step back and do a little self-care. When Times are Tough Self-care is often not made a priority for a myriad of reasons, but if we don’t take the time to take care of ourselves, then we risk getting sick, burned out, or giving up entirely on whatever project or commitments we are responsible for. I’m not saying to let go of all of your commitments, stop taking care of the kids, or neglect your spouse, but rather, your challenge is to schedule at least one hour (if you have time for more, definitely go for it!) Spend time in your craft room, either starting a new project or finishing one you’ve put on the back burner.
