I start off every morning with micellar water, I’ve been using this Garnier Micellar Water for about 5 years now and absolutely love it. I’ve been really loving historical fiction lately, particularly those that take place in Paris so as soon as I saw the cover of this one I new I had to pick it up. For those of you that didn’t know I’m majoring in economics, and a lot of my classes talk a lot about stocks and bonds after recently listening to an episode of the Thick & Thin podcast which made references to the Great Gatsby I decided I wanted this to be the next classic that I read. I would love to hear what you’re reading right now, or if you have any recommendations on what I should read next!

I shared this super yummy, healthy bowl on my instagram stories last week and y’all wanted the recipe so here it is! While the rice is cooking I start chopping up a thawed chicken breast into small bites, and adding it in a pan with two tablespoons butter. I cooked this on medium heat all the while the rice was cooking (approximately 10 minutes on medium) and then turned it up to high for the last 3-4 minutes to brown the chicken up a little bit. This super recipe is super yummy, super quick (took 20 minutes) and very fresh!

I’ve been having a lot of fun creating healthy (& yummy) recipes and grocery shopping lately and from the feedback I’ve been getting y’all have been loving them too! A few weeks back I shared a little before & after of my fridge after grocery shopping and you loved seeing it. so I can go into a little bit more detail about what I picked up & what I already had in my fridge. I always love picking up new things to try new recipes!

If you’ve been following along on instagram, you know that I’m itching for spring, between filling my house with flowers, trying on spring inspired outfits, and now playing with spring inspired makeup. glowy spring inspired makeup look with all the products I used linked! For bronzer I’ve been using the Nars Laguna bronzer and which is the most gorgeous glowy shade, and the bronzers from my Pixi pallate mixed together For the eyes I’ve been keeping it super basic, with just a tiny bit of the same bronzer combo in the crease
