💥how I stay focused doing what I’m doing💥 It all comes down to PLANNING. You have got to plan your week out in advance. For instance, (Instagram planning) on Sunday nights I sit down and plan my week out. What I’m going to post and what captions I’m going write with the post. I always think of my captions for the week first and then I’ll just take images that I think will go with the caption so then you’re not struggling with what to write! My favorite way to stay focused in everyday life is by listening to podcasts in the morning when I do my makeup and then I write down my ideas. Before bedtime, I read a motivational or business books. I always like to feed my brain with positive information and not useless stuff. And probably the biggest thing is who u surround yourself with. Are ur friends making u feel better about ur self, do they support you and inspire you? Are they always positive? The older I get the more I understand that it’s quality over quantity. Don’t think that my only hobby is to dress up and take pretty pictures! I’m actually very competitive and I love sports! Before Instagram world, what u didn’t see is that I was the captain of my volleyball team in high school, I played tennis, flag football, I rollerblade, I skydive and still to this day I love outside activities. Yesterday we explored the @treehoppers Aerial Adventure Park. What an awesome experience, zip lining and climbing through trees. Felt like I was a ninja warrior lol. Honestly though, if u haven’t been, u should try it. 5 courses, from easy to super hard for adults. 3 hours non stop climbing, an awesome adventure! Stick on, winged eyeliner stencils...definitely a FAIL! So I saw these winged eyeliner stencils that are stick on, surfing all over the internet, so I thought I’d buy them and give them a try! Definitely a fail lol. It’s a great concept for the people that struggle to draw the perfect winged eyeliner look but they come off so fast! Will probably only last for 15min! So if you thought of trying them, don’t bother! 💥paying it forward 💥 One of my goals this year is try to pay it forward every day in life. It doesn’t have to be anything huge. It could be a simple thing like buying a coffee for the person next to you, giving a homeless person couple of bucks, help someone at work with a small problem, open the doors for people. Not only are you setting an example but you’re making a difference because we all know there’s so much hate in this world. When I bought a coffee for the lady next to me the other day, her look was absolutely priceless and she said “we need more people like you in this world” and I said “I’m just paying it forward”. Last week a shared with you my new favorite under eye product by @dermalogica and now I wanted to show you how I use it on everyday basis using their cooling eye wands! 1. Apply the serum under the eyes. 2. The wand and the ball are magnetic so it’s super fast to assemble! 3. Press the wands into the skin and rub in circle motion to distribute the serum evenly for about 15 seconds. 4. Pat the rest of the serum in with ur fingers! 5. Do your usually make up routine! 💥Instagram Tip of the week💥 What I’ve learned recently is that when u make a post, Instagram shows it to only 10% of your audience and if it doesn’t get a substantial amount of engagement within 30min of posting, they don’t show it to more people because unfortunately they think it’s not good enough 🤦‍♀️. So the trick is how do you keep your audiences attention and get more engagement? Well you can: •Tell a story about ur post, but not too long or else people will loose interest. Not everyone has the time to read a huge looooong caption. •Do a carasul post. Include more then one picture in ur post. This will catch more of their attention and they will stay longer onyour post. •Teach some free information like I’m doing right now!
