AD β’ 4 decks! (Though you can only see 3 of MS Geoffrey Chaucers decks here!) Most River Cruise Ships tend to have 4 decks for the guests. A lower deck - with cabins, maybe a gym or a small spa & salon. A middle deck - the back of the ship will be cabins, the front tends to be the restaurant area. A upper deck - with more cabins and a panorama style lounge, with a reception area , where you embark and disembark the ship. There tends to be an additional, included but bookable restaurant area at the back of ship. Last, but not least! The Sundeck, the roof! Lots of space to sit and enjoy the view, relax, pop in the small pool, even play some golf! β³οΈ NB - River Cruise Ship have lifts, they tend to go from the lower deck to the middle and upper deck . There would be an about 12 steps to navigate to get up to the sundeck.
