So pumped to be able to share my #sushidatenightcocktail ‘Roll With It’ that I created for the @mountgayrumus #MountGayMoments campaign (shot with the help of @jamiegorsuch) . . . Roll With It - 1.5 oz Mount Gay Eclipse - 2 oz brut sparkling wine - .5 oz simply syrup - .5 oz lime juice - .25 tsp wasabi (to taste) Method: add Mount Gay Eclipse, simple syrup, lime juice, and wasabi to a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine.
