    Watch for the signals

we both are easily distracted – when the alarm sounds we hustle out the door so we can leave and have time to spare at the bus stop about eight minutes away with a slow walk. n’t know if she looked at the bus number, either way she knew. Like clockwork, the right bus, the regular driver, comes zooming up the street we see it coming, n’t slow down or won’t slow down to see the way the wind is blowing.

Cowboys news: Dan Quinn has convinced the Cowboys that safety is a priority

Well, the Cowboys signed safety Keanu Neal, who played for Quinn in Atlanta, to a one-year deal Saturday worth $5 million to be a hybrid, who plays safety and linebacker. He’s complied at least 100 tackles in each season he’s played at least 14 games. Whether it’s now or after the 2021 season the Dallas Cowboys could decide keeping Michael Gallup via a long term extension is in the best interest of the organization. Believe it or not, but Corey Davis’ second contract will likely be the baseline the Dallas Cowboys or any other teams will use in contract negotiations with Michael Gallup’s representatives whenever the time comes.

Cowboys free agency is moving, but they need to stack more good players on the roster

But so far, the signings for Dallas look like there is a real plan, and it’s not just to get through free agency with the spare change collected from the Draft Yacht cushions. Free agency is far from over, and already the Cowboys have filled some holes with a few players that certainly look like more than the bargain-basement plugs they have used in recent years. Many have assumed the Cowboys would be locked into cornerback, but now that Farley may well slip down the draft board with the obvious question about his health, the idea of taking Rashawn Slater and making him the starting LG until they need to move him to tackle looks very appealing. While we bemoan the lack of real spending in free agency by the Cowboys, the contracts so far are not ones that would make cutting some of the new signings too difficult.

The Dallas Cowboys officially signed five of their new free agents on Monday

We are now onto the second week of free agency and the Dallas Cowboys have started to ramp things up a little bit. The weekend brought word that Dallas locked down safety/linebacker Keanu Neal to a one-year deal worth $5M. Time will tell whether or not the Cowboys bring in another player or two, the secondary could still use some help, but they have other matters to tend to as well. Part of the offseason obviously includes signing players, but it literally includes signing players. The Cowboys will hopefully still have a number of signings to formally take care of before free agency is all said and done.

Dan Quinn is bringing his own players to the Cowboys, and that’s not a bad idea

Ty Nsecke looks like a very good swing tackle to have given the injury histories of Tyron Smith and La’el Collins, Brent Urban offers some real hope they may already have the middle of the offensive line shored up to stop the run, and Keanu Neal is very interesting due to reports that he may be used as a WILL linebacker at least some of the time. Neal was the first player that it looks like the Cowboys beat out another team to acquire his services, in this case the New York Jets. Neal brings some obvious positives to the team, having played all but one game for Atlanta last year while amassing 100 tackles, two passes defended, a sack, and an interception. Improving the defense is paramount this season, and both Neal and Urban look like big steps in the right direction.

Portions of Jaylon Smith’s, Ezekiel Elliott’s contracts became guaranteed over the weekend

Starting inside linebacker Jaylon Smith’s 2021 base salary of $7.2 million was guaranteed when he remained on the roster Sunday afternoon. Starting running back Ezekiel Elliott’s 2022 base salary of $12.4 million was also fully guaranteed with the team electing to keep him on the roster. Elliott’s 2021 base salary of $9.6 million was guaranteed when he was on the roster on the fifth day of the league year in 2020. ’s status was probably just a tiny bit more in doubt than Ezekiel Elliott’s status, but neither player was really not going to be on the 2021 roster, and as noted above, Elliott’s salary is now guaranteed for 2022, so he’s not going anywhere.

Cowboys 2021 draft prospect profile: A look at Greg Newsome II

DFW’s Reid Hanson posted a strikingly interesting seven-round mock draft projection that – in a surprise move – saw Dallas trade down from their 10th slot in exchange for the Jets’ 23rd, 34th and 86th overall selections. The move would net the Cowboys three picks in the top 100, creating an avenue for acquisition of a possible game-changer at the cornerback position, while allowing them to bolster other key areas that would lack in prospective depth as the draft wears on. Newsome II is a product of the widely-respected IMG Academy, a preparatory boarding school that sports state-of-the-art multi-million dollar training facilities, with a specific focus on developing the country’s top high school athletes. He brings the right kind of attitude to perimeter play both in collision routes and in run support and tackling at the line of scrimmage, but his aggressive angles will need a little work to ensure he’s secured tackles at the catch point before attempting to attack the football and undercut throws.

Report: Dallas Cowboys trying to figure out if they want to bring back Aldon Smith

Randy Gregory presents hope for the future, and the Cowboys also signed Tarell Basham so far in free agency, and at times last year it looked like they may have actually found something in Aldon Smith. It was quite the shock when the Cowboys signed Smith back on April 1st of last year, but they were proven to be right in having confidence in him as a football player. We are now in the second week of free agency and the team still hasn’t brought Aldon Smith back, but of course that street goes two ways. Nolan wasn’t the only departure as the Cowboys also said goodbye to defensive line coach Jim Tomsula, someone whom Aldon Smith knows well from their time together with the San Francisco 49ers.

Report: 2021 NFL Draft prospect Caleb Farley to have surgery, expected back by training camp

We are just about a month away from the 2021 NFL Draft and for the most part the general consensus among Dallas Cowboys fans is that the team should address the defensive side of the ball. It is an interesting conversation to consider the hypothetical of Florida tight end Kyle Pitts, but again defense is the likely spot to which the Cowboys will place their number 10 overall chip. As far as defensive options at number 10 it has long seemed like one of two players will be the most logical for the Cowboys, Alabama cornerback Patrick Surtain II or Viginia Tech cornerback Caleb Farley. The Cowboys could have their pick between Surtain and Farley and if they want to eliminate any sort of reservations they would likely target the former.

Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live is at Gillette Stadium now through April 18

The kids enjoyed driving past the huge Hot Wheels Monster Trucks and enjoyed playing with the cars that we received when we drove in. Every ticket purchased lets one carload of people in and they give each car three Hot Wheels cars for the entire car to enjoy. If you are looking to get additional merchandise to complement the tour, you can buy merchandise bundles called the Hot Wheels Merch Bundle or the Bigfoot Bundle. We absolutely loved it and have a few tips to offer our readers: • be sure to charge your phones since you'll want to take pictures and also listen to the tour • bring snacks and toys to occupy the little ones in case they lose interest - there is food available but must be purchased ahead of time when you purchase your ticket • be prepared to drive slowly and have it take a half hour to 45 minutes to go through the entire tour
