If you can’t find the log of blueberry goat cheese, you can use plain goat cheese and slightly increase the jam and honey, add dried blueberries if you like. Cover and allow to rise in the fridge for 36-48 hours; because of the cheese, you need to rise it in the fridge, but this slows the rise significantly. Toward the end of your rise, preheat your oven to 475* and bake covered for 25 minutes. Allow to cool 5 minutes in the loaf pan then place on cooling rack to fully cool before slicing.

To really get the most out of your tagine cookware, whether you buy an authentic clay pot from Morocco or have a modern cast iron pot, you'll need to prepare it for long-term use with proper seasoning. Tagine pots have been in use throughout Morocco for thousands of years, but here in the 21st Century, they come in various forms, including traditional clay, cast iron, enameled, and even decorative tagines. Fill a large tub with tape water and allow the tagine pot and lid to soak for a minimum of two hours (for clay pots, overnight is more effective). Authentic clay pots need a bit more TLC than modern enamel and cast iron versions.

If you look at your kitchen and just don’t feel as though it has much natural light,  you will need to rely on artificial light to accent your cabinets and paintwork. For example - you should place your lights five feet apart if your kitchen has a ten-foot ceiling. Task lighting should cast light onto your surface whereas pendant lights can be placed above sinks or above standalone chopping surfaces. Remember that when you install ceiling lights, you need to make sure that you turn the electricity off at the fuse box before making electrical changes and that you also wear the appropriate equipment.

Set a reading challenge and offer a prize if the book is read within a certain time. Younger children will love building an indoor camp and this does not need to be anything more elaborate than placing an old sheet over the dining table and putting some of their toy’s underneath. If you have more than one child, this can be a great time to learn about team building with their siblings and it will give them something to do for most of the day. They can practise reading by following a recipe or learn new maths skills as they weigh and measure the ingredients.
